In order to qualify for free services you must be a resident of Florida and reside in the following locations: 

Homestead, Florida city , Naranja , cutler bay, Perrine, Richmond heights , Kendall, south Miami, coconut Grove, coral Gables. Orlando Tampa Jacksonville.

If applying for counseling services. Your application will require a mental inquire form to be filled out for proper placement.
